Peter Stahlhut – Director

Peter is one of the original Founders of Traffic Control within Queensland, working with the first ever private security company selected to conduct a 3 month trial of traffic control services for Brisbane City Council in 1995.

Peter was a Co-Founder of his own business which commenced traffic control operations in Brisbane in 2004. Peter’s drive and dedication enable the business to grow along the East Coast to become the largest traffic management business in Australia.

His extensive experience Nationally and Internationally in traffic control management and business development over the last 27 Years has provided strategies to broaden the client base, increase revenue and deliver successful outcomes for our customers

Adam Stahlhut – Director

Adam has over 20 years of experience within the traffic management industry. Commencing as a traffic controller in 2003, Adam progressed into various National Operational and General Manager roles, finally as a Director of Site Services QLD. Adam has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and leadership that nobody has been able to match within the industry.

Adam is a qualified Traffic Management Designer (TMD) who continuously looks for efficiencies in safety and performance, to provide sustainable solutions to his clients. Adam’s leadership has mentored some of the strongest names within traffic management to date making him highly regarded within the industry.

Adam’s versatility has seen him lead small projects, though to large scale operations such as the 2018 Commonwealth Games where he was appointed as the Traffic Manager by the Department of Main Roads. There is no job too big or small, that Adam isn’t prepared to partner with to assist his clients.

Scott Stahlhut – Director

Scott started his career as a highly qualified and regarded tradesman giving him a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving. Scott now has more than 12 years of experience in managing and leading teams across multiple sectors. Directing and managing a business which he grew to be awarded the best in Australia and other prestigious honours at the 2017, 2018 and 2021 industry awards. Scott is dedicated to getting the best outcomes for business and clients with a focus on safety, lean management, 5S and compliance.

Wayne Bailey-Traffic Manager

Wayne joined the Traffic Management Industry in 1992 after serving a decade in the Australian Army. With over 30 years of experience in the Roading Industry, Wayne has held diverse roles throughout Australia leading some of the largest construction projects in the industry.

Wayne is a very customer-focused Traffic Manager, who understands what it takes to deliver a safe and efficient worksite. With a hands-on approach, Wayne spends the majority of his time in the field conducting Audits, Scoping worksites and ensuring SSQ is delivering on our promise of operational excellence.

Wayne is dedicated to ensuring that our customer’s needs are exceeded, building long-term partnerships with our clients through the quality of service.

Natasha Thomas – Operations Co-Ordinator

Natasha commenced her career in Traffic Management in 2017. Starting out as a traffic controller in Melbourne, she quickly advanced her career and moved into an operational capacity as a scheduler in Qld. Natasha is responsible for coordinating works, applying for permits, preparing and reviewing documentation for works, ensuring the correct equipment is allocated to works. Having spent substantial time on the road as a Traffic Controller, Natasha understands what equipment is required to complete the works safely and efficiently the first time, every time.

Natasha is currently studying Paramedicine to become a Paramedic and has been able to use her skills in the industry to handle emergency situations, understanding the importance of critical response times.

Natasha has also completed Cert III in Civil Construction, Cert III in Business Administration, & has a Diploma of Paramedical Science.
